Easy 3-Ingredient BBQ Pulled Pork
Ingredients
  • 1 (18 ounce) bottle barbeque sauce
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (4 pound) boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 (4 pound) package thick country-style pork ribs
Instructions
1
Combine a bottle of barbecue sauce with dry onion soup mix in the base of a large, slow-cooking device. Place a pork loin and ribs into this container.
2
Cook on High for an extended period, 6 to 8 hours, until the meat becomes tender and starts to disintegrate. Take out the meat and set it aside for a moment. Allow the cooking device to cool enough to handle; pour the liquid into a separate container. Clean the cooking device and return it to its original position.
3
Separate the ribs from their bones, discarding any excess fat in the process. Use two forks to shred the meat from the ribs, pulling it apart in opposite directions. Put all the shredded meat back into the cooking device.
4
Pour the remaining bottle of barbecue sauce over the pork, adding a small amount of water to the sauce bottle. Shake it vigorously to extract as much sauce as possible, and then pour it into the cooking device.
5
Cook on Low for a short period, 1 hour.
